| 02-07 July 1999 | The big move to Tallinn. Everything except the photo
pages were moved, and much of the stuff was also revised and updated.
The decision to leave the photo site behind was motivated by its orientation
towards a non-Estonian reader, and Helsinki has a much better connection
to the outside world. Also, there are probably hundreds of links to my
photo pages and those would all be broken in a move. |
| 28 June 1999 | Created separate development trees for the Tallinn and
Helsinki webspaces. This de facto started the actual splitting
of the site. |
| 28 May 1999 | Started the move of my pages to Tallinn, by moving the
databases that back some of the services, and the feedback scripts. |

University of Helsinki where I worked at the time.
I wrote a lot of maintenance scripts and kept a database of links.
All this seemed to help quite a bit when the site was moved to Tallinn. |

on an average day. |
| Jan 1994 - July 1996 | I work at Quantum Theory Project
at University of Florida; and get the first idea of WWW probably in 1995.

| 14 March 1996 | At 14:15:28 GMT, AccessLog recorded the first hit from outside QTP,
from a machine called sadman.digit.ee. |
| March 1996 | Created the original "Access Log" script
to track hits to my pages. I used to have it available for downloading, but removed it
in August 1998 as part of a website restructuring. |
| 13 February 1996 | The original links page, CV, and camera
for sale appear to be up. |
| 12 December 1995 | First access from outside University of Florida,
from myristaja.eenet.ee, at 11:10:23 GMT. Probably I had
started to include my URL in my signature. |
| 11 December 1995 | My photo (found on my home page for several years, but now gone) was up and
accessed by the photographer, Uko Maran. |
| 03 October 1995 | The first record of accces to my links page (by
myself). Apparently the first pages (home and links) were created
at about this time. |
